I had an amazing weekend at Seasons Hotel. The property is beautifully designed with remarkable infrastructure that truly helps you unwind from the urban hustle. While the service was generally pleasant, I had an unfortunate experience with cleanliness at the restaurant and a concerning incident regarding room privacy. Overall, I would recommend it for a rejuvenating getaway, but improvements could be made in food handling and service protocols.
